Rocket Software Marketing Technology and Operations Campaign Project Manager in Charleston, West Virginia

Job Description Summary:

As the Campaign Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of complex projects within the marketing domain. Working closely with a dynamic team, you will lead the integration of program management principles and practices to ensure the effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will extend across goal setting, problem-solving, risk management, and process optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department's operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing to the strategic direction of marketing technology and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated campaign and project management for Go To Market Execution and Marketing Technology initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including estimates, scope, resources, and timelines, to facilitate successful project execution.

  • Effectively manage and escalate risks, employing strategies for risk mitigation and change management to maintain project continuity.

  • Lead change and communication management efforts, ensuring proper escalation protocols are followed.

  • Advocate for and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Act as liaison between business and agency execution teams, ensuring both sides have understanding of deliverables and timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience managing integrated marketing projects, with solid knowledge of a range of project management tools and methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Knowledge of modern marketing technologies and processes, with experience in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Experience with Project Management Tools (Asana, Jira, Wrike, Monday, Trello, etc.)

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.

  • Experience in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance in marketing operations.

  • Marketing/Ad Agency Experience a plus

The base salary range for this role is $84,022.00 - $105,027.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
