The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. This role primarily involves leading and nurturing a team of employees to efficiently carry out their daily duties while upholding elevated standards for food quality, service excellence, and health and safety practices. Additionally, the Assistant Manager assists in ensuring accurate product preparation, managing inventory, personnel supervision, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.
