This position will have responsibility for performing day to day operational activities of the Warehouse Financing business and its clients.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible day-to-day execution of all client needs, including uploading data tapes, determining loan eligibility, identifying errors, execution of fundings, margin calls, servicing updates and loan settlements

  • Lead the process of providing direct operational support to external clients and aligning their ongoing business needs with technical and operational solutions

  • Create, participate, and provide feedback in prospective client presentations

  • Manage tasks related to warehouse financing in ProMerit as assigned

  • Oversee professional and timely communication with clients via conference calls, zooms and email

  • Coordinate meetings, send out meeting planners and take notes on calls

  • Execute client requests in a timely manner and meet deadlines

  • Liaise with offshore resources to ensure seamless coverage of all client requirements

  • Collaborate with marketing team to prepare materials for external distribution

  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.

  • Knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business; including use and support of the ProMerit technology platform, warehouse financing operational activities, client services, presentation skills & ability to take on other strategic initiatives.

  • Proficient knowledge of ProMerit functionality and use cases or ability to learn ProMerit quickly or learn new functionality.

  • Familiarity with residential and commercial mortgage warehouse facility structure through business term sheet interpretation

  • Knowledge of mortgage related products, both government agency eligible and non-agency eligible, funding structures such as, commercial paper conduits, participations and VFNs

  • Proficient skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WLS and ProMerit (preferred)

  • Knowledge of the mortgage business and previous work on similar products

  • Self-motivated

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
