About the Position:

Skin Clique values the support of its healthcare providers and seeks an organized Warehouse Coordinator to assist with warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential for relaying information, building strong business relationships, and ensuring timely shipments.

Reports to the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately.

  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory.

  • Inspect products for defects and damages.

  • Monitor ingoing and outgoing shipments.

  • Arrange warehouse space efficiently.

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.

  • Check, verify, and complete customer invoices.

  • Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Provide input on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.

  • Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

  • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including monthly inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

  • Proficiency in warehouse data systems.

  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift or move heavy products.

  • High school diploma.
