Job Description

MSE2 assistant responsibility:

  • Business report: Support MSE2 to set up business report, keep regular updating and tracking, next step is to digitalize all business report.

  • Activities and Events management: Arrange MSE2 area activities, events includes celebration, workshop moderator, meeting organization and OPL follow up,etc.

  • Visitor reception and business trip arrangement for MSE2 function. Customer visit/audit, internal VIP visit( water, coffee, snack, etc), propose agenda, send invitations, organize preparation meeting and follow up OPL, Slides preparation for MSE2, consolidated overall slides(format , template, etc)

  • Communication to other function and internal, support video shooting, culture and team spirit promotion, E/NE meeting, skip level meeting planning and organization.

  • Audit and compliance topic coordinator, C/AU audit coordination if have, compliance training and position mandatory training tracking and reporting. Support TS16949, system audit,etc. ICO annual base audit and regular onsite check.

  • MSE2 office management, Annual MSE2 area calendar management, MSE2 personnel calendar management, folder structure management.

  • Administrative task: MSE2 area purchase, office area 5s management, support office new associates on boarding.

  • Project management: project manager of specific project in MSE2 area.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

College degree and above in business related major.

Prefer to have the working experience in automotive industry or manufacturing function as assistant over than 2 years.

Have strong logic thinking, good communication skill, can do attitude, good at systematic and structure management.

Good skill of office tool, excel, power point, prefer to have digital competence, knows powerBI, statistic analysis tool, etc.
