Job Purpose

Director of Ticketing Operations will oversee all aspects of the Athletic Box Office and Ticket Operations for TD Arena and Patriots Point facilities which includes generating new revenue and servicing existing accounts. The Director will be integral in the development of ticket sales and service strategies. This position requires someone who is highly motivated to contribute to the overall ticket sales and service efforts and passionate about development and making contributions to the external team.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university in business, sports administration, marketing, communications, advertising or another related field. Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in college sports marketing and promotions is preferred. Knowledge and experience in Paciolan or comparable ticketing software is required. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to make outbound ticketing sales calls

Ability to organize and supervise game day and seasonal workers

Strong interpersonal skills and must maintain positive relationships with colleagues, fans, donors, student-athletes, coaches, and administrators

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem solver, self-starter, and intrinsically motivated. Proactive thinking with interest in developing and executing new ideas is necessary.

Willing to work in a team atmosphere where expectations are set and managed while giving staff flexibility to do their assigned tasks as both a leader and/or a follower

Experience with Paciolan ticketing software or a comparable software. Ability to build out season, events, games, etc..

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
