Superior Contracting & Maintenance Countertop install crew in Charleston, South Carolina

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled Countertop Install Crew to join our team. As part of the install crew, you will be responsible for installing various types of countertops in residential properties. This includes measuring and cutting materials, preparing surfaces, and ensuring a precise and high-quality installation.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and cut countertops based on detailed job specifications

  • Prepare surfaces for installation, including leveling and smoothing the substrate

  • Install countertops using adhesives, screws, and other fastening methods

  • Ensure countertops are aligned and level

  • Seal and finish countertops to ensure durability and resistance to stains and damage

  • Clean and inspect completed installations

  • Collaborate with account managers and other team members for successful project completion

  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in countertop installation

  • General Liability preferred

  • Knowledge of different countertop materials and installation techniques

  • Ability to accurately measure and cut materials

  • Experience with using installation tools and equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Own tools and reliable transportation

  • Living currently in the US
