CACI is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Principal Systems Integration Engineer to join our team developing next generation signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare systems for the Department of Defense. What You’ll Get to Do:
In this role you will be responsible for performing design and development engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems, which includes the development, enhancement, and integration of new products and/or updates to existing products. Requires basic knowledge of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of narrow technical domain. Solves simple, routine technical problems following established procedures and policies.
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements and technology
Provide design information inputs for technical data package documentation
Identify integration issues and coordinate and participate in Technical Exchange Meetings to resolve issues
Coordinate across technical and organizational boundaries (to include Subcontractors)
Review detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication
Provide design, testing, check-out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of equipment
Execute project plans and document work and results
Support life cycle management processes for new and existing systems
Support the engineering change process
Analyze existing requirements and prepare specifications for hardware acquisitions
Prepare drawings and configuration changes
Add, delete, and modify host, terminal and network devices including specialized interconnecting cables as needed
Ensure product and system complies with requirements and cyber security standards
Participate in design reviews of components to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements
Assist in reviewing technical related procurement documentation
Review test plans/procedures to ensure they meet objectives of the contractual requirements
Support the testing process to validate requirements
Support delivery of CDRLs
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS Clearance minimum with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field AND 10-12 years of related experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree
Understanding of RF communications
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams to develop/implement hardware/software solutions
Experience/knowledge in radio communication systems, radio propagation, RF communications
Experience with high level system design and system engineering processes for hardware-based solutions
Ability to distill high level requirements into system requirements
Experience with system integration and design processes
Familiarity with system level test including environmental testing

$119,800 - $263,600
