Job Description:

Own the opportunity as a Scrum Master and help ensure the mission is never interrupted. HOW BEING A SCRUM MASTER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Mentors the Scrum team to be self-organization

  • Leads the team to making their own conclusions and decisions.- Does not make decisions on behalf of the team.- Shields the team from outside interference.- Helps all parties understand their role in Scrum and how to work together effectively.- Knows what makes a good story so the team can work support the requirement.- Can help guide Product Owner on vision for what they want to accomplish.- Removes impediments for the Scrum team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

  • Experience: 10+ years

  • Technical skills:

    • Understands and facilitates Scrum ceremonies to include Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective.- Drives the Scrum team to find efficiencies and to constantly improve themselves- Shields the team from outside interference.- Coaches the Product Owner, Scrum team, Stakeholders, and the greater organization on Agile ideology and Scrum best practices.- Helps all parties understand their role in Scrum and how to work together effectively.- Knows what makes a good story so the team can work support the requirement.- Can help guide Product Owner on vision for what they want to accomplish.- Removes impediments for the Scrum team - Manage a team of 4. - Developing and managing to a delivery roadmap- Understands Project Management to ensure Project funding is accurately forecast.- Perform all Agile ceremonies- Work with customer to develop user stories- Interested in change and learning to improve an organization in its Agile knowledge and implementation and efficiency.
