CACI is seeking a highly motivated SAaaS Business and Systems Analyst to manage the ingest, development, and delivery of new and enhanced capabilities following an Agile framework. You will be working on the Situation As a Service(SAaaS) Team and will be responsible for providing project management and business analysis to scrum teams delivering an enterprise-wide solution on a ServiceNow Platform, using both Agile and traditional project management techniques. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of enhancements and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the projects and supporting project requirements for multiple scrum teams, ensuring established processes are consistently followed while identifying areas of improvement to increase productivity and delivery velocity
• Anti-create needs and facilitate communication between team members, customers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure the teams follow the established development life cycle and identify any deviations make course corrections to the process
• Manage major projects and initiatives making sure that they are properly coordinated, scheduled, tracked, resourced, and documented using the appropriate project management techniques
• For high visibility projects, create and manage a project schedule and work closely with the Scrum Master and Engineers to define new milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and opportunities, and elevate any concerns with upper management providing potential solutions
• Create, coordinate, and conduct technical and management briefings to different degrees of technical expertise and levels of management on program-related topics that include project status, milestones reviews, readiness gates, PMRs, sprint and release progress/results, weekly customer reviews and development life cycle events
• Oversee the correct promotion of code across environments following the established development process using the ServiceNow tool and identify opportunities for improvement
• Identify and work to implement process improvements by working closely with the scrum teams, learning the intricacies of their day-to-day tasks, and understanding tool and process shortcomings
• Proactively look for ways to increase individual scrum team members’ skillsets to raise their contributions to the team while enabling a path for personal growth
Required Qualification:
• Hands-on experience capturing IT requirements into measurable and attainable milestones, creating project schedules, and establishing project acceptance criteria with stakeholders
• Experience creating and managing project schedules using agile techniques
• Experience managing Agile teams following a standard development process to include reporting and briefing burndown charts and other Agile-like artifacts
• 7+ years of IT project management from initial ati on to closure
• 7+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs
• 7+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking
• 7+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs
• Experience preparing and conducting briefings for diverse audiences, and writing technical documents (i.e. SOPs)
• Experience conducting and leading technical exchange meetings
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience using Confluence and SharePoint
• ServiceNow certi fi cati on
• V3 or 4 ITIL Certi fi cati on
• Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of related work experience
Desired Qualification:
• Experience using ServiceNow SAFe and Agile modules
• Certified PMP or similar certification
• Certified Scrum Master
• Possess a high level of organization and presentation skills
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
