What You’ll Get to Do:

We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, detail-oriented project lead to join our team managing small to medium sized web application projects for a dynamic customer base. Our new technically-oriented Web Project Lead will manage a variety of client Web application development projects through an Agile method. If you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for the Web, and the experience to lead application development projects, then we welcome your response to this opportunity to join and contribute to a successful team.

More About the Role:

  • Lead project team members to ensure the coordination of the team's efforts to deliver on time and satisfy customer requirements

  • Review/Approve/Maintain project documentation in support of the Customer CM process

  • Plan and manage Sprint cycles

  • Build and manage strong customer relationships

  • Provide strategic guidance and collaboration to team members

  • Perform final assessment and quality control of deliverables

  • Bring a strong background and understanding of web design and development with industry best practices and regulatory compliance

  • Work closely with team members and customers during the requirements gathering and sprint planning process

  • Lead projects to completion, identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure delivery

  • Hands-on experience leading/managing Agile development projects

  • Strong knowledge of user interface design best practices, web development processes, information architecture, usability, requirements gathering, training, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, engaging approach to people

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems

  • Attention to detail, dedication to quality, and determination to complete

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

  • Three to five years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Three to five years of relevant web experience

  • Ability to create impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Ability to create and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project

  • Experience using Jira

  • Experience using Microsoft TFS

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Scrum Master Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Relevant customer service experience

  • PMP Certification

$85,800 - $180,200
