KBR Outreach Support Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia

Title:

Outreach Support Specialist

As an Outreach Support Specialist you will provide segment, enterprise, and intelligence community level knowledge to assist with strategic integration across the GED offices and to assist with outreach and awareness . You will be working within multi-disciplinary hardware, software, system integration, and data analysis/collections teams that are creating systems that support our customer's missions/requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support GED outreach activities to include informing, educating and interacting with key members of the IC and DoD, and coordinating and distributing material to internal and external management

  • Manage Outreach and Engagements meeting processes and procedures to include scheduling meetings

  • Attend working group meetings and prepare Outreach meeting agendas

  • Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate and track actions to closure

  • Coordinate with the GED Front Office and SPOs to develop content for strategic executive-level presentations and documents, including technical, programmatic or graphics materials such as conference presentations, program overview and capabilities briefings, and GED fact sheets

  • Develop and maintain points of contact for engagement and support efforts across the enterprise

  • Support and help implement Directorate governance policy and processes. Support the preparation of GED’s annual statement of assurance (SOA). Support GED responsibilities related to NRO strategic decision framework and continuity of operations (COOP)

  • Take meeting notes and provide precise meeting minutes, and update Engagement confluence pages

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly Required

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts (BS/BA) in Technical or Business field, with 10+ years of experience

  • Demonstrated experience working with Intelligence Community and/or DOD programs

  • Demonstrated experience in NRO programs

  • Demonstrated experience in GED Directorate programs and activities

  • Demonstrated experience interacting with senior executives to include writing correspondence or white papers, developing executive briefings, and participating in executive level meetings

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with Confluence/JIRA

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the NRO System Engineering process

  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering

  • Experience with SIGINT and GEOINT systems

  • Experience or knowledge of GED systems

Clearance: TS/SCI CI poly required
