The Opportunity:

CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an experienced Portfolio Lead to support the modernization of a large portfolio of business solutions used by a major US Government customer. The Lead will work closely with both Program and Customer senior leadership to develop transformation plans and roadmaps to evolve legacy systems and processes by migrating those capabilities to modern solution platforms. This environment provides an unparalleled opportunity to serve in a leadership position with a premier provider of digital solutions to the U.S. government.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the team and customer to understand and articulate value for the portfolio and help translate the long-term vision within the team.

  • Support value stream mapping.

  • Support development of modernization plans to migrate/rationalize capabilities to common existing/future state platforms.

  • Ensures necessary collaboration and is provided to development teams associated with the portfolio.

  • Help ensure applications within the portfolio align with the applicable governance models.

  • Assess potential adoption risks and identify mitigation strategies.

  • Work with customer and team leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement the associated changes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution and 10+ years’ experience.

  • At least 10 years of relevant, applicable experience in federal portfolio leadership, preferably with business solutions focus.

  • Experience supporting value stream mapping.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

  • Prior senior leadership experience on National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) programs

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
