Our program has a critical need for an experienced network architect who thrives in managing all stages of multiple network's life-cycles. Your demonstrated experience with 5 to 7 plus years network management, systems administration and application of security best practices will make you an ideal candidate for this mission-facing role. Ability to ensure proper configurations are in place at all times is crucial to success. Experience with audit compliance and network accreditation will pivot this client's systems into the green.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Proven ability to design and develop integrated network solutions using Linux and traditional appliance network devices.
Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
5+ years Linux SME
LDAP in Linux environment
Understanding of Linux network security tools - (e.g. Metasploit, netcat, nmap, etc.).
Install new software releases and system upgrades
Evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems
Experience with Linux Distros – CentOS, Ubuntu
Experience with running/updating REPOs
Experience with centralized authentication, auditing, logging and backups
Experience with Cron, iptables, permissions
Experience with OpenVPN, pfSense, Opensense, Wireguard, IPSec and best practice for implementation
Experience with SELinux, NFS, CIFS
Experience with backups and restore
Ability to draw detailed diagrams, network mapping and write clear documentation
Proficient in hypervisor technologies such as HyperV, Proxmox, ESXi
Proficient in routing/switching technologies
Virtualization technologies: VMWare, vSphere, QEMU, Docker
Data management interfaces: Splunk, Elasticsearch
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-paced operational environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Experience leading audit related efforts such as remediation and documentation
Ability to integrate and enhances database applications.
Experience conducting penetration testing and or red team exercises
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework, OWASP top 10, other
Understanding of network/cyber security, penetration testing, and information security practices.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Programming or shell scripting ability
Ability to successfully engaged with other organizations and non-technical audiences
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Infrastructure technologies – Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012-16, LDAP, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, WSUS, SQP, BitLocker
Experience with cryptocurrencies and its application

$102,900 - $216,200
