What you’ll do:

  • Expand the service market, achieve sales goals, and execute sales plans.

  • Work in a team environment to achieve the division’s targets.

  • Actively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements, creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project.

  • Market expansion of transformation business and customer maintenance.

  • Visit customers as planned, develop new customers, and coordinate the company's design department to provide customized service solutions for customers.

  • Service contract signing, implementation, project management, etc.

  • Establishes long term customer relationships by understanding customer.requirements and familiar with service products, demonstrate our customer/partners about the service products and solutions.

  • Promote the upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer.

  • Develops new service sales opportunities based on the existing customer.

  • Identify, and explore the potential new service market.

  • Communicates contract details in accordance with Eaton offering and strategy.Manages sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree of majoring on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 13 years of project management or 5 years sales support and/or engineering experience plus demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to travel.

  • Customer service experience or sales support or engineering is advantageous.
