Specific Duties:\ Follows all safety policies and procedures. Including wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\ Safe operation of all shop equipment\ Selecting, measuring, cutting and joining appropriate metals to specification.\ Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and affective assemblage.\ Maintains housekeeping to acceptable standards\ Setup, operation and maintenance of the tools in the work area, including welder\ Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.\ Ability to perform job duties in a repeatable form to ensure product consistency.\ Assist in other departments as business requires.\ All other duties as request by supervisor/management.

Job Qualifications:\ Ability to safely operate hand tools requiring dexterity\ Must be able to pass a 3G welding certification test.\ Ability to read a tape measure.\ Handle material with forklifts\ Must be able to communicate effectively with shop supervisor\ Must be able to work in a custom manufacturing environment.\ Lift up to 50 pounds\ Ability to work overtime.

Experience:\ High school or equivalent preferred\ 1-2 year MIG welding experience\ Stainless steel welding experience preferred\ Aluminum (TIG) welding process - preferred
