Duties: Manage multiple installation crews. Develop detailed project schedules, on-site logistics, technical teams, and subcontractors coordination. Schedule work crews, equipment, or transportation for several different work locations. Implement project controls and milestones and close monitor projects to ensure timelines are met. Train workers in techniques such as planting, harvesting, weeding, or in turf installation techniques and in the use of safety measures. Coordinate dismantling, moving, and setting up equipment at new work sites. Provide regular overview to internal teams on project priorities, milestones, requirements, revised work plans and constraints to drive results. Direct or assist with the adjustment or repair of equipment or machinery. Monitor workers to ensure that safety regulations are followed, warning or disciplining those who violate safety regulations. Use installation tools safely and effectively. Examples: measuring devices, hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, grinders, blowers, grading equipment and compactors, forklifts, etc. Minimum 12 months experience as Farmworker Laborer, Crop, Nursery, or Greenhouse. Valid Drivers License and DOT Medical Card required. No EDU REQ.
