Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will undertake the responsibility of offering comprehensive analytical support, creating intermediate to complex recurring reports, and generating ad hoc financial performance reports for designated functional areas. Additionally, this role will aid the FP&A Director in strategizing and forecasting the company's balance sheet and cash projections through the upkeep of financial statement models. Moreover, the position will play a part in analyzing and articulating messages for board and investor relation materials. A successful candidate will effectively execute outlined responsibilities, enhance analytical tools and processes, and consistently provide actionable data to business partners.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop three-statement financial models to optimize working capital and forecast cash flow, then deliver presentations to senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making (20%)

  • Take charge of global consolidation for internal management reporting and work closely with team members worldwide to ensure seamless collaboration (20%)

  • Create compelling presentations and data visualizations for both the consolidated company and its divisions (20%)

  • Contribute to leading the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and subsequent variance analysis (20%)

  • Manage upward by providing regular project/status updates to team leadership (5%)

  • Actively participate and add value to ad hoc Finance initiatives and inter-departmental projects (15%)

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience of relevant work experience

  • Financial Statement Modeling

  • Familiarity with US GAAP Accounting

  • Advanced Excel proficiency

  • Budgeting and forecasting experience

  • Knowledgeable with Finance concepts

  • Strong critical thinking skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Finance/Accounting/Econ/Bus Mgmt

  • CMA CPA, or CFA

  • Experience with SAP and Sales Force

  • Experience in Finance related to manufacturing, logistics, or production environments

  • Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
