As part of our team, you will provide clinical expertise, support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide oversight of the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift including serving as a resource to staff, directing patient flow, assuring appropriate utilization of resources, and providing oversight for the provision of quality care in a manner satisfying to patients.

Located in the City of Chandler, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission.

Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000. Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship. Qualifications

Minimum:

  • ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent

  • Current AZ State RN License in good standing

  • Current American Heart Association BLS

  • American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire

  • Basic Computer Skills including MS Office Suites

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred:

  • One year medical/surgical acute experience

  • Strong cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring

Pay Range

$32.50 - $58.90 /hour
