CompuCom Level 4 Technical in Chandler, Arizona

Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Level 4 Technical to join their team onsite in Chandler, AZ and handle requests for support of software / hardware that is not supported by the regular IT support group. This resource must have excellent communication skills, as frequent interactions with clients in person, phone, email, or IM is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform client and server OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Provide advanced break / fix support of software / hardware issues for clients

  • Manage and update tickets via the client's ticketing database

  • Flexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5+ years of technical experience desired

  • Windows / Linux imaging exprience

  • Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting knowledge

  • Advanced server imaging with troubleshooting knowledge

  • Advanced Linux OS troubleshooting knowledge

  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8, and 10

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo

  • May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
