Wells Fargo Lead Information Security Analyst in CHANDLER, Arizona

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst in Cybersecurity as part of Identity Access Management Execution and Governance Team. Learn more about career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

This role will report directly to the IAM Governance Senior Manager and will be responsible for a variety of governance and risk management activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of IAM risk management and remediation

  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders on net new or on material IAM governance changes

  • Establish governance routines to review and action results from adherence monitoring

  • Provide thematic analysis research to identify gaps and patterns, and recommend remediation plans and strategies

  • Identify path to adherence requirements, including partnering with other teams on approved tool solutions, gap analysis remediation, and risk coverage

  • Perform control peer reviews to validate data integrity

  • Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, templates, and other materials to support IAM governance routines

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Lead special IAM ad hoc projects as required

  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Identity and Access Management knowledge and experience.

  • Risk governance experience in a technology or cybersecurity organization.

  • Experience with control execution, developing control flows, and writing procedures and job aids.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills.

  • Travel up to 10% of the time
