Your Job

We are looking for someone that is willing to travel and work in different locations. This schedule will vary due to branch needs. This position covers branch staffing needs of our CU-Vine, CU-Springfield, Farmer City, Gibson City, Lexington, and Chenoa branches.

If you\'re interested in relationship development and efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions, our Retail Teller role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our essential Retail team.

\ Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate an excellent customer experience, engaging customers by name, in a friendly professional manner.
  • Build and foster customer relationships by proactively identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge of and ability to provide products and services available through the retail banking branch.
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures to minimize the risk of fraud.
