MSA has an opportunity for aGraduate Engineer II Public Works / Staff Engineerat ourChampaign, ILoffice. You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you\'ll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve.

The work you may do

  • Design and construction of public works infrastructure projects
  • Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
  • Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
  • General project management for multiple projects, including planning, scoping, monitoring budgets and QA/QC
  • Client interaction,including meetings with existing and new clients as needed
