Arora Technology Group, and Arora Systems Group.Essential Functions:Works with Proposal Manager to draft and assemble proposal materials for prime and subcontracts.Develops proposals and Statement of Qualification (including but not limited to SF 254/255/330 form-sets); and presentation materials including analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI guidelines, coordination, writing, editing, and production.Leads/Assists with Digital Marketing efforts connected with Arora websites, and working in conjunction with our media consulting firms for PPC and SEO Marketing, optimizing keywords, placement, and website.Plans, books, and coordinates conferences and tradeshow exhibits and staff registrations.Maintains and updates qualifications materials, including development of personnel resumes and project profiles.Leads or Assists with technical writing and content creation for case studies, white papers, project and technology spotlights, proposals as well as qualifications materials, including project profiles and staff resumes.Works within CRM system (Deltek Vision, OnePageCRM, Salesforce, etc.) to update client data and opportunities, leads, and pipeline to ensure data accuracy.Participates in the editing and QA/QC process to ensure strict quality control for all marketing materials.Leads creation of content and graphics for corporate websites, publications, and social media.Supports corporate and client events, conferences, and tradeshows.Provides general marketing-related administrative support.Secondary Functions:Represents the Company and services at tradeshows, when needed.Other related duties, as assigned by supervisor.QualificationsEducation/Experience Minimum:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field2+ years proposal coordination and marketing expertise.Experience in the A/E/C industry, preferredValid state driver's license (any in US) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.In possession of appropriate documentation to legally gain and maintain employment in the US.Needed Skills:Overall knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and/or Asset Management/Technology industry, preferred.Experience in Adobe CreativeSuite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), requiredExperience with Deltek Vision, or other Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, strongly preferredOverall knowledge of marketing processes.Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make independent decisionsAbility to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and with strong attention to detail.Excellent Communication skills, with an emphasis on technical writing, editing, and proofreading (English).Experience with WordPress website editor and Google Analytics.Ability to take direction and work independently and have the knowledge and skills to deliver primary job responsibilities.Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: ARORA ENGINEERS, INC.
