Description
Jackie Meza with Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. In this position, the HR Generalist will oversee a variety of tasks and assignments related to the daily support of operations in the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. What you get to do every day
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
Work with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
Produce a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
Apply HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
Examine employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
Strategize on employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Design onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Create employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
Requirements - PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
Exceptional time management skills preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Strong organization skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
1+ years of human resources experience
Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must
