Reporting into Product Marketing Director (Asia Pacific Solutions & Services Group), the candidate will play a crucial role in our matrix organization, collaborating effectively to drive success. This involves collaborating with the following extended teams and functions to ensure alignment, synchronize efforts, and collectively drive success.

· Global offering development team

· Global solutions and services marketing team

· AP marketing and enablement team

· AP segment program team

· AP regional solutions and services teams

· AP regional account sales teams

· Ecosystem partners

· Corporate functions such as operations, finance

Competences Required:

This role requires a blend of the following skills and competencies.

· Comprehensive expertise in market and competitive dynamics pertinent to assigned portfolio

· In-depth knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio

· In-depth knowledge and experience with assigned Portfolio GTM strategies

· Sales Narrative competencies. Proficient in storytelling and able to generate compelling sales narratives tailored to the portfolio.

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent collaboration skills

· Critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills

· Team management skills for hybrid and remote workforce

· English language fluency. Proficiency in additional languages would be a plus (eg ASEAN languages and Japanese)
