Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Technical Skills Required:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to pass a pre-placement background check.

  • Occasional climbing/balancing required.

  • Frequent lifting/carrying, stooping/bending, squatting/pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching, and grasping/squeezing.

Work Schedule:

  • 1st Shift

  • 2nd Shift

  • 3rd Shift

Job Summary:

  • Operate machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials.

  • Ensure operations adhere to safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products.

  • Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality.

  • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the work area.

  • Follow work location rules and perform tasks as directed by the supervisor.
