Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level
Technical Skills Required:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to pass a pre-placement background check.
Occasional climbing/balancing required.
Frequent lifting/carrying, stooping/bending, squatting/pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching, and grasping/squeezing.

Job Summary:
Operate machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials.
Ensure operations adhere to safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products.
Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality.
Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the work area.
Follow work location rules and perform tasks as directed by the supervisor.
