DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality.

As a Bartender at High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible to accurately take guest orders and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. This position is located at the SpringHill Suites on West Drive in Center Valley, PA.

This is a Full-Time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have flexible available to be able to work varying hours on weekdays and weekends.

Weekend and Holiday availability is required.

Weekends include a $2/hour shift premium!

Starting Rate: $12.25-$13.25/hr., depending on experience. Plus tips!

Areas of responsibility for our bartenders include:  * Responding to guest requests and inquiries.  * Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards.  * Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.  * Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff.  * Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:  * High school diploma or equivalent.   * Previous bartending experience.  * Customer service experience.  * Must be capable of accurately handling money.  * Reading, math, and communication skills.  * Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.  * Adhere to brand and company standards.
