WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Key Account Manager and Consultant for the DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) market, you will:

  • Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone, live meetings and delivery workshops

  • Find new business opportunities as well as managing existing client relations

  • Drive various sales, marketing and research activities and events

  • Create insights and prepare client presentations and advice our clients and help them improve

  • Build your personal brand within our core areas and represent Potentialpark as a trusted advisor be it as account manager, consultant, speaker and marketer

     

WHO YOU ARE

To succeed in this role, you are:

  • A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments

  • Confident with strong, proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities

  • A great relationship builder with excellent communication skills

  • Interested in our areas of expertise

     

We expect you to have:

  • A university degree; minimum Bachelor’s degree

  • Native level of spoken and written German and fluent in English

     

It is a strong merit if you 

  • are fluent in another language besides German and English

  • have marketing and/or sales experience

  • have event management experience
