Senior Product Manager Job Location US-MN-Center City ID 2024-11240 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth of enterprise products in the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF) organization. You will build new products and services, which improve the digital and blended experiences to help win the fight against substance use disorder (SUD), while supporting mental & emotional wellbeing of the families, loved ones and support system of those in recovery. You'll prioritize how to engage our customers and work with a team through rapidly prototyping solutions. These solutions must drive value and spur adoption, as well as influence the strategy and roadmaps of other teams at HBFF. We expect you to create an exciting product vision, build and implement a roadmap, collaborate, and align with cross-functional teams. This role also requires solving complex and impactful problems with a focus on outcomes, while being comfortable with testing and learning your way to success. You will work with smart, dedicated, kind people, who are proud of Hazelden Betty Ford's mission and impact. As HBFF develops a Product Management competency in the organization, you will serve as a model and mentor to the team, and leaders, to demonstrate and teach how this delivery model operates in the organization, across business areas. As a result, you will work with different business leaders in a matrixed structure, who have different objectives to deliver different products to serve the HBFF mission. Enterprise Solutions opportunistic growth Create a product vision, strategy, and business cases for a suite of products in a product family with HBFF multi-year growth targets, communicating to team, peers, and stakeholders Work with customers directly to understand their needs and challenges, and gather feedback Rapidly build, launch, iterate, and scale solutions that help them win the fight against substance use disorder (SUD) across the continuum of care Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and decisions Conduct market and competitive research, and determine customer needs Work on the user experience with UX designers and other team members Work with developers to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria Perform product demos Manage and support work through phases of product management, including discover and prioritization, design, build, go to market, and in-market delivery and management Manage internal and stakeholder teams Manage oversight of contractors for programming development Work on multiple products and manage a family of products, including creating and delivering on a product family strategy Manage collaboration across cross-functional teams Own the product development process Train less senior team members on aspects of product management to heighten performance and individual growth Evolve/Build robust processes for an effective end-to-end product lifecycle Manage the portfolio of products in a product family Record year-over-year growth in profitability Establish and track growth through use of best practices product unit economics Work with Project and Program Managers to ensure Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders are financially and operationally efficient and aligned Manage and oversee the collection and evaluation of customer satisfaction data, ensuring that customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field Minimum of seven years' work experience as a product manager in public health, medicine, counseling, social work, pharmacy and/or similar field of specialized expertise Minimum of seven years' experience with product development, delivery, and/or design with the following qualifications: Demonstrated ability to nurture a culture of speed and simplicity in your team and a ongst stakeholders outside your team Demonstrated ability to define testing hypotheses, construct A/B tests, and manage speedy iterations of ideas Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with engineering and design teams Demonstrated ability to guide a team to have significant, measurable impact on multiple products or a major product Demonstrated ability to deliver value toward long-term strategic initiatives Passion for making the labor market more efficient, effective, and equitable Min USD $104,708.00/Yr.
