About the role

In order to help Cochlear improve operational efficiency and support our customers, we are recruiting for an Order Fulfillment Specialist based in our warehouse location in Centennial, CO.

To be successful in this role you'll be able to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. You'll work collaboratively with the Operations team to receive inbound shipments and stock product in appropriate locations, pick items from stock locations to fill customer orders, and transact and ship customer orders in a timely manner according to established procedures. This role is responsible for enhancing the customer experience of both cochlear implant clinics and our recipients!

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of relevant work experience Fulfillment, shipping and/or mailroom experience is preferred Ability to position and use warehouse ladders, hand carts, and electric pallet jacks Strong attention to detail

Work Environment and Schedule

This role offers an in-person, warehouse work environment. Hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. To best serve our customers, occasional overtime may be required. Salary and Benefits

In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits. Target Salary Range: $20.0/hr - $21.20/hr based upon experience, as well as a bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary. Compensation offered to candidate may vary based on work experience, education, and/or skill level. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401(K) matching with immediate vesting, Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and pet insurance.
