Bio-Techne Material Coordinator in Centennial, Colorado

Salary Range: $20-$22, plus annual bonus, plus Bio-Techne benefits, which includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid time off; 401k matching; parental leave; employee stock purchase plan (ESPP); and tuition reimbursement

Role Summary:

Bio-Techne Denver is looking for a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for daily shipping duties, domestic and international shipments. The position will be best suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to jump in no matter where they are needed. This position is full-time.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Work with the warehouse staff, to ensure all daily tasks are completed. This includes but is not limited to domestic shipments, international shipments, cycle counts, stocking products and inbound receiving.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all in-bound and out-bound materials are handled accurately in accordance to training. (DOT, Hazmat, IATA, etc.)

  • Lead By Example: Maintain a positive attitude such as optimism, adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

  • Safety: Prioritize safety in all work-related activities. Proactively identify and report safety concerns.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and compliance documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.

  • Carry out other duties as assigned. Work may change from day-to-day within reason.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education and experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written.

  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize all projects

  • Shipping and Receiving experience a plus.

  • Must be comfortable using a computer, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.

  • Highly focused on details and process improvement

  • Knowledge of Production Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or other ERP systems.

  • Must be able to work in freezer conditions (-20 Celsius). While intervals may be short, much of the workday will be spent going in and out.
