Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $32.00 to $35.00/hr DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Centennial, CO

What you will do:

  • Exudes a consistently positive company image in all interactions.

  • Delivers professional and amicable communication with customers.

  • Actively listens to customer needs, swiftly determining appropriate solutions.

  • Quickly and effectively resolves customer issues like shipping or invoicing problems.

  • Maintains accurate customer profiles and efficiently handles claim forms.

  • Channels customer queries about products or services to the relevant contact.

  • Provides prompt and precise responses to incoming customer requests.

  • Processes customer orders, changes, and returns adhering to departmental protocols.

  • Offers timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns.

  • Collaborates with Sales & Marketing to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Supports Customer Satisfaction Surveys to improve service quality.

  • Updates pricing promptly upon request.

  • Ensures daily accuracy of order intake and backlog.

  • Flexibly fulfills other assigned duties.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service.

  • Engineering or Order Manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

  • Must be proficient with computers.

  • Proficient in Office suites. Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Dependable and self-motivated.

  • Able to work with a diverse group of people.

  • Strong team player; friendly and patient.
