Carlson Tool & Manufacturing is a manufacturing company serving customers with engineering, plastic injection tooling, drilling, and machining services. Primary Responsibilities: Learn how to set up & operate a variety of equipment to produce precision metal parts. Review part specifications and requirements. Setup work piece, adjust fixtures, and manage cutting tools. Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications. Maintain accurate inspection documentation using measuring instruments. Run multiple short run jobs a day with frequent changeovers. Requirements: Willingness to Learn. Strong work ethic.
