Carlson Tool & Manufacturing is seeking experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinists to create a wide variety of precision components by programming and operating 5 Axis Machining Centers! We\'re seeking individuals with commitment to quality and mutual success. Responsibilities include: Set up, Program and Run 5-Axis Machining Centers. Review part specification and requirements. Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection. Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications. Maintain accurate inspection documentation using measuring instruments. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What you need to succeed: 3+ years of experience operating 5 Axis Machining Centers. Ability to program with Mastercam is required Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings. Ability to Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
