Description:

Looking for an experienced Superintendent for the Cedar Rapids area. Candidates will need to be extremely experienced in ground up construction. Looking for candidates with project experience in the $8-$12 million range. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Looking for candidates who have worked on ground up construction projects and can lead a project. Projects are all in the commercial space, should expect to work on convenience stores, car washes, warehouses, elementary schools and some multi family projects.
