Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Program Schedule and Cost Performance (SPI / CPI) for a large program
Coordinate and develop program integrated master schedule (IMS)
Collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestones
Coordinate part procurement and asset management in support of lab integration
Facilitate customer demonstration events and program reviews both onsite and offsite
Lead bid and proposal efforts
Present technical and program data to customers and executive leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR
In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
Experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to production.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance
Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework
Exceptionally strong communication skills, experience presenting technical data to program management and executive leadership
Familiarity with radio transceiver architecture/design, basic radio functional component blocks, performance specifications and test methodologies
Familiarity with Open System Architecture (OSA)
Extensive experience with the bid and proposal process for the DoD

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
