As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and communicating via email and text. • Maintain a dependable and reliable work ethic, demonstrating the ability to think on feet

• Exhibit personability while interacting with customers over the phone

• Ensure a smooth transition between calls, maintaining a steady workflow

• Monitor and log a minimum of 20 calls per hour

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy

• Familiarity with email correspondence and management

• Proficiency in scheduling appointments

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
