BUILDING AP ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR

This position will be responsible for the coordination, organization, and administration of high school college and career ready assessments, specifically, the AP exams at the High School level which includes, but is not limited to:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work collaboratively with the District AP Assessment Coordinator to ensure successful coordination and administration of AP exams.

  • Organize and facilitate the registration process at each building using the district created informational testing documents.

  • Use the database created by the District AP Assessment Coordinator for registering students for the AP exams.

  • Complete the annual College Board Survey if the building principals determine this is appropriate- note the Primary Coordinator is the District Coordinator and Secondary is building level.

  • Find proctors and assist them in signing up on the district proctor signup and provide additional proctors as needed.

  • Submit accommodation requests directly to the College Board.

  • Communicate effectively with building/district staff to ensure efficient administration of the scheduled assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current and valid Iowa teaching certificate and/or professional license

Current CRCSD employee

  • Prior experience working with AP preferred.

COMPENSATION:

$3000 stipend
