Hiring Skilled Laborers- Cedar Park Area

Weekly Pay- up to $22/hr!

Description:

Summary/Objective

The skilled labor position is responsible for preparing and maintaining casting beds and assisting the carpenters with setting up forms.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of casting beds.

• Set up forms by utilizing laser and string lines

• Installing, reinforcing, and tying rebar

• Installs new formwork and applies specified coatings.

• Builds formwork parts and assists in the set-up of new forms.

• Reads and interprets production tickets to assist in making form changes.

• Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

At least one year of experience working with hand/power tools. Ability to read instructions/blueprints. Previous formwork and constructing casting beds a plus. Previous woodwork in general a big plus. NEEDS TO KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A SIT DOWN FORKLIFT

Competencies

• Measurement tools, hand tools, small power tools, and large power tools.

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

• Good Communication skills.
