Kuehne+Nagel Process Excellence and Training Team Leader in Cebu, Philippines

Your Role

You will focus on supporting the KC organization in achieving operational excellence in KC standard processes by upscaling the knowledge + competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching + skills development. You will drive productivity by ensuring our staff fully understands how to operate the KN standard blueprint for all tasks to enable them for success. You will develop a training curriculum dedicated to KC operations based on the blueprint for KC processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • To understand the end-to-end processes of finance operations within the KC based on the defined blueprint for reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable.

  • To prepare training materials for all new + existing employees + ensure they receive training according to the appropriate level based on KC blueprint for each process.

  • To provide operational excellence + general finance training to new users with effective training techniques + high quality documentation. This includes conducting online trainings + live trainings.

  • To ensure operational process excellence through adherence to designed KC processes + audits

  • Identify gaps in terms of system usage of KC users to drive efficiency + process excellence.

  • To share and document the transfer of financial knowledge to new team members ensuring a smooth onboarding.

  • To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.

  • To collaborate with stakeholders on training needs + deployment.

  • To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in our Learning Management System (LMS)

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any related accounting course is required

  • P2P end to end - experience managing a team

  • Experience in driving Global Business Services or Shared Services

  • Motivates a team and has strong leadership skills.

  • Overall finance experience 6 or more years

  • With project management experience 2-3 years

  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple stakeholders at the same time

  • Track record in continuous improvement projects
