Job Overview:

As the Global Alliance Director, you will manage contract relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to grow the business relationship and contract value. You will ensure alignment between the account organization and other departments to maximize value creation and ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing Account Business Plans, driving profitable revenue growth and achieving profit targets for the account portfolio. You will foster CXO and senior-level customer relations to develop strategic plans that improve the client's business, utilizing the full breadth of GWS products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L, Contract Management, and Governance: Accountable for financial performance, directs resources to deliver against the contract and manages scope interpretation. Ensures fulfillment of promises to the customer and engages executive involvement to introduce new scope and business pricing.

  • Customer Relationship Management & Development: Manages contract relationships, acts as a trusted advisor and thought leader to grow the business relationship. Manages enterprise-wide client relationships at senior levels, creating alignment between customer need and organizational delivery.

  • Strategic Planning & Value Creation: Supports growth of customer's business through the development and execution of an Account Business Plan. Influences the client's planning and budgeting process, represents the customer's best interests, and identifies new value-added services.

  • Service Delivery Integration and Assurance: Acts as a single point of contact for communication with the senior client, manages all services that touch the customer, and maintains effective communication with all functional areas of the account team.

  • Leadership: Directs the account leadership team, manages in a diverse environment, and may have global or multi-regional responsibilities.

  • Credible management of P&L

  • Proven experience as a growth and visionary leader

  • Strong customer relationship management, networking, and interpersonal skills

  • Track record in developing and implementing strategic plans

  • Experience managing customer accounts across multiple regions
