Insight Global Remote Quality Assurance Analyst in Catonsville, Maryland
Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Quality Assurance to our client's team in the greater Baltimore, MD area. Our client is going through a re-platform of their IT systems as they are under new ownership. They are in need of a Quality Assurance Analyst to report into the Program Manager and assess the operations of how the systems are being used and the actual systejs themselves. They will be running tests, making obersations and making recommendations on improvements to then present to stakeholders and end clients about. This individual will use CMMI to analyze systems, meet with stakeholders, and advise them on system improvements. This person will provide assessments and evaluations of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of systems, modification processes, change control processes, and system interface and reconciliations. Currently, they do not have any metrics or KPIs on how they can measure themselves on success and need someone to be able to create those metrics and implement them. Eventually, they want this person to implement these policies and procedures in their call center environment. Their goal is to improve both operational efficiencies and system capabilities. This role can sit fully remote but must be open to traveling to Baltimore, Maryland twice a year. Travel will be reimbursed.

3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
Experience in an IT agile environment
Healthcare experience
Risk management practice awareness
System and Operations auditing experience
Experience with operations and system metrics
System testing experience CMMI experience
Experience with the full audit lifecycle null
