Job Specifications This important role will safely install, repair, and service domestic and commercial appliances covered. Pay Range: (Determined by the knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant.) * Level I: $24.50 - 36.59 per hour /45 * Level II: $27.38 - $41.08 per hour / 46 * Senior level: $30.79 - $46.08 per hour / 47 Reporting Relationship: Operations Supervisor Location: Castle Rock, CO Essential Functions: * Install, repair, and service domestic and commercial appliances covered under Service Guard program. * Promote safety in all phases of company operations. * Promote division profitability through increased sales of non-regulated programs. * Provide proactive assistance in the resolution of customer complaints. * Perform general customer service activity including, but not limited to, turn-ons and turn-offs, replace meters, collect unpaid bills, investigate calls regarding. gas leaks and carbon monoxide presence, etc. * Perform on-call duties after hours. * Perform meter reading. * Perform some operations activities. * Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities: * Has basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process. * Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. * Works with close supervision.

What You'll Need: Level I: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * No experience required. Training provided. * EPA Refrigerant Certification within 1 Year. Level II: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience. * EPA Refrigerant Certification within 1 Year. Senior level: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of four (4) years of experience. * EPA Refrigerant Certification required upon start date.

What Is Desired Or Can Be Taught: * No experience required. Training provided. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills essential. * Safe work record and demonstration of a strong work ethic.
