Within Ingredients Operations, part of Perfumery & Beauty/Ingredients business line, we are looking for an initiative driven candidate with great analytical and communications skills to lead the Capital Project Management and support site management & engineering community (15+ worldwide chemical plants).

This position requires a solid foundation of project management experience, working knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform and experience with financial metrics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of Project Portfolio Management and be the primary contact to assist site and project managers on practices, documentation, governance.

  • Ensure a tight project governance follow-up through documentation, regular steering committee, change control process and escalation mechanism aligned with standards and framework.

  • Partner with Engineering, Site manager and Finance to develop and implement practices, identify and resolve deviation vs governance/procedure and to prepare 5-year CAPEX plan.

  • Support the real time budgeting decisions with up-to-date forecasts and quarterly / annual capex landing, executing data analysis and solve deviations with stakeholders

  • Develop and provide on-going updates to key performance indicators and metrics, assist in the preparation and presentation of the monthly PMO projects reporting.

  • Train and educate on standards, methodologies and tools use. Serve as “PMO key user / trainer” for project documentation platform and Planview PPM.

  • Be involved in the PMO community, share practices and lessons learned.

    You bring:

  • Ms degree (engineering a plus) with minimum of 5 years of demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in industrial environment, CAPEX project management or project portfolio management

  • Entrepreneurial and highly organized with excellent analytical skills. Financial knowledge as a plus

  • Excellent communication and presentation/reporting capabilities

  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization and at all levels.

  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office, knowledge & practice on SAP. Planview PPM software is a plus

  • Fluent in English & French
