Job Description

Préparateur Méthodes Projet a pour missions:

-Assurer la mise en œuvre et l'animation des démarches d'amélioration au sein de l'entreprise.

  • Conduire en tant que chef de projet deux ou trois projets majeur pour la société chaque année (projet visant à résoudre un problème qualité -- - --- --Complexe ou transformer la performance d'une large unité de production)

-Faciliter et animer des ateliers accélérés d'amélioration sur le terrain

-Etre force de proposition pour l'identification de nouveaux projets permettant d'améliorer la performance opérationnelle de la société

-Suivre et coordonner l'ensemble des projets et faire des reportings réguliers

-Préparer des synthèses et reportings associées aux projets d'Amélioration Continue

-Participer à l'élaboration des procédures, standard de travail, règles d'amélioration continue à implémenter dans la société

Complementary Description

Respecte les règles de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement et participe dans la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration du Système de Management SSE. •Prendre en compte les exigences SSE dans les améliorations continue

Job Requirements

  • Niveau d'études minimal : Bac +5 Ingénieur

  • Expérience minimale : 2 ans

Savoirs faire :

-Connaissance technique des produits de la société

-Bonne connaissance des techniques Lean-Sigma (approche DMAIC, principes Lean) acquise au cours de projets d'amélioration

  • Bonne compréhension des organisations matricielles

  • Leadership, capacité à l'animation transverse et à la conduite du changement

  • Maitrise anglais
