Looking for a new challenge in international logistics? Join our FE_WIBU – Water & Industry Business Unit – as part of a new position to support our growth local site within an international environment!

Reporting directly to our Sales Director for Morocco, you will drive project management and logistics coordination between a Global factory set-up and Customers with a clear focus on Customer satisfaction and cash flow management.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Record orders in the local ERP system SMP

  • Monitor the progress of orders related to manufacturing plants and communicate delivery progress to customers

  • Finalize the technical project documentation and posting on customer’s platforms

  • Prepare and draft all documentation regarding the import and shipment cycle

  • Coordinate the entire flow of orders management, both in terms of intern business functions and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, customs office/forwarding agents

  • Apply for and manage import licenses with customs/forwarding agents

  • Follow-up and coordination of customers payments and overdue

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master degree of supply chain, logistics and transport

  • 5 years’ experience at least in logistics and import management and customer service, preferably in industry

  • Strong interest in mechanical engineering

  • Knowledge of ERP

  • Fluent in Arabic, English and French
