Job Description

En rejoignant l'équipe Safran engineering services, vous intégrez une équipe RH très dynamique, travaillant sur une grande variété de métiers et de profils.

Dans ce cadre, vous apportez votre support sur les principales missions suivantes :

  • Publication des offres d'emploi, sourcing et sélection des candidatures à transmettre au responsable opérationnel de l'offre

  • Planifier et mener les entretiens avec les candidats short-listés

  • Débriefer avec les managers et sélectionner les candidatures retenues

  • Réaliser les propositions d'embauche en concertation avec les RH des directions concernées et dans le respect des pratiques et règles en vigueur

  • Mettre à jour les indicateurs de suivi de l'activité recrutement

-Suivre les dossiers administratifs des nouvelles intégrations

-Réaliser les parcours d'intégrations pour les nouvelles intégrations

Job Requirements

BAC+5 dans le domaine des RH

une expérience de 2 ans dans le domaine du recrutement

un excellent sens du relationnel et une capacité d'écoute ;

un esprit de synthèse ;

une excellente organisation ;

une bonne communication
