We are seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at our Behavioral Health Hospital in the Casa, AZ area .

DAY SHIFT and NIGHT SHIFT!

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions

Monitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team

Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families

Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs

Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely

Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by following hospital policies and procedures

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

Provide patient education on medication management, coping strategies, and self-care

Requirements:

Must have unencumbered license in the state of Arizona or compact state
