Project Engineer II

Location:21676 W. Clayton Rd, Casa Grande, AZ 85193

Duties:Apply advanced knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of civil engineering and construction management. Apply understanding of industry standard design processes and understanding of construction means and methods. Interpret construction drawings and review engineering plans and specifications. Provide construction cost estimates. Perform project scheduling, including scheduling subcontractors. Ensure maintenance of accurate construction and engineering records. Prepare engineering projects submittals, requests for information, change management, and conduct necessary daily and weekly reporting. Promote safety in construction operations and ensure compliance with safety requirements. Conduct material and equipment procurement. Regularly inspect equipment and materials as well as workmanship and finished construction. Conduct progress tracking of work in the field. Observe work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed, and materials used confirm to required specifications. Understand and comply with the Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards. Work within project scope, budget, and design approach to deliver projects to clients on time, on budget, and at a high level of client service.

Requirements:Must haveBachelor\'s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field;1 year of experience as a Field Engineer, Research Assistant or a related position, which must include:Construction software, including Bluebeam REVU, to read/markup drawings for projects amounting up to 100,000 sq. ft area.Modeling software, including Revit, used to coordinate any means and methods between design team and contractor in multiple (10+) projects.Estimating tools, including Trimble, used to analyze takeoffs and help procurement team gain savings.
